The purpose of this award, one of several projects under the Services for Trafficking Victims Discretionary Grant Program, is to allow the Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition to expand victim service programs for persons who have been identified by federal law enforcement as victims of a severe form of trafficking during the pre-certification period. The Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition will provide comprehensive services to trafficking victims in the San Diego area; build effective community service networks to respond to victims' needs; and provide training to increase awareness among criminal justice entities, social service providers, and the public of the rights and needs of trafficking victims in San Diego over an 18-month period.

The purpose of this award, one of several projects under the Services for Victims of Human Trafficking Grant Program, is to allow Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition to provide timely, high-quality comprehensive services to foreign national victims of severe forms of human trafficking and enhance interagency collaboration and coordination in the provision of services to such victims. Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition will provide comprehensive services to victims of sex and labor trafficking in San Diego, CA; build effective community service networks to respond to victims' needs; and provide training to increase awareness among criminal justice entities, social service providers, and the public of the rights and needs of trafficking victims over a one year period. nc/ncf
