This project will expand existing victim services to holistically deal with the cycle of domestic violence by addressing the underlying victimization issue of substance/opioid abuse. The project also seeks to provide a holistic approach to healing and wellness for young people whose lives have been impacted by the effects of trauma and/or abuse and neglect. CA/NCF
