OVC FY 2023 Emergency and Transitional Pet Shelter and Housing Assistance Grant Program

This program will provide funding for shelter and transitional housing and other assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking and their companion animals.

Applicants are invited to apply under three categories.

OVC anticipates making one award under Purpose Area 1: Training and Technical Assistance of up to $500,000 to support 23 existing grantees from FYs 2020–2022, as well as FY 2023 and potential future grantees in meeting their grant objectives.

OVC anticipates making five awards of up to $400,000 each under Purpose Area 2: Large Awards, and eight awards of up to $100,000 each under Purpose Area 3: Small Awards.

All awards will be for a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2023.
