Description

OVC seeks proposals to support a pass-through funding model in which a trauma-informed, survivor-connected technical assistance (TA) provider will provide TA, training, and subgrant funding and financial oversight for at least 10 subgrant sites.

The sites will be identified through a request for proposals issued by the TA provider selected under this solicitation and funded at $50,000–$100,000 each.

The selected TA provider will assist and support communities across the country with establishing peer-to-peer support for crime survivors and provide capacity building technical assistance for subgrantees.

OVC anticipates making one award of up to $2 million for up to a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2023.
