OVC FY 2023 Child Victims and Witnesses Support Materials:
Outreach and Implementation Project

The goal of this project is to increase access and availability of the OVC-published Child Victims and Witnesses Support Materials, fulfilling their intended purpose of supporting young victims and witnesses that interact with the justice system.

OVC seeks applications for an organization to support up to 100 subgrants to organizations nationwide who propose to print and disseminate these materials; and to conduct active national outreach and awareness about the availability and use of these materials.

OVC expects to make one award of up to $1 million for a 36-month period of performance to begin on October 1, 2023.
