This solicitation will serve as a training and technical assistance companion to the FY 12 National Field-Generated Training, Technical Assistance, and Demonstration Projects competitive solicitation. Applicants are limited to national nonprofit membership, professional affiliation, and community service organizations, and must demonstrate the financial and organizational capacity to manage this cooperative agreement. Those applying are encouraged to begin the application process well in advance of the May 15, 2012 deadline.
