Apply to be a Leadership Fellow – Gender-Based Violence

With funding support from OVC, the Vermont Network is accepting applications for the Amplify National Leadership Lab’s 2025 Leadership Fellowship program. This leadership development program is for people working on issues related to gender-based violence.

During the 9-month program, fellows will—

  • develop and support a nationwide network of inspiring leaders;
  • leverage their unique identities—such as survivorship, race, class, sexual orientation, and gender expression—to enhance their leadership;
  • set and pursue individual leadership goals;
  • learn and apply practices for long-term sustainability in their efforts to combat gender-based violence;
  • learn how innovative practices can enhance their impacts; and
  • engage racial and social justice principles to inform their leadership.

This fellowship is open to people who—

  • have a job focused on prevention, response, and policy to end gender-based violence,
  • manage people or projects;
  • work at an organization with the infrastructure and commitment to support participation;
  • can travel to Vermont for 3 days in both March 2025 and November 2025
  • can commit to an average of 2 hours a week of peer-to-peer connection, reading, reflections, mentorship, and monthly webinars; and
  • are excited to engage in the learning goals to amplify their leadership.

There is no cost to serve as a fellow! All fellows will receive reimbursement for costs, and their organizations will receive $5,000 to contribute to salary and additional expenses.

Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. pacific time on November 15, 2024.
