A recorded webinar that guides Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM task) forces through the process of establishing formal information-sharing procedures between task force partners and identifies action steps to develop or revise information sharing agreements and procedures.

Target Audience: ECM Task Forces

Objectives:

  • Provide information on establishing information-sharing needs, priorities, and limitations within their task force.
  • Create simple yet effective information-sharing protocols within a task force.
  • Develop confidentiality protocols that adhere to the ethics and guidelines of each profession in the task force.
  • Establish a structure to manage and communicate information within the task force.
  • Develop or revise formalized information sharing agreements and protocols.
