They are skilled at convincing audience members of the need to understand the message, believe what they say, and take appropriate action. To present and facilitate, you must know how to communicate well.
In this training, you will refine and perfect your communication skills to become an effective trainer.
This training is intended for victim service providers who are delivering trainings and workshops or making presentations currently and would like to learn how to make them more impactful.
CEUs will be awarded for those who complete all requirements. The schedule for this training is as follows:
