National Victim Assistance Academy: Building Resiliency in Victim Service Organizations

The Building Resiliency in Victim Service Organizations training will provide a resiliency model and explain how it can be applied to organizations. Potential barriers will be identified, along with strategies to overcome them. This training is designed for staff within victim-serving organizations who can implement resiliency practices.

This training will be delivered online, over the course of 3 weeks, beginning on July 21, 2025. Each week, except for the introductory week, will include a facilitated webinar.

There are recommended readings and videos, as well as written assignments. You should expect to spend about an hour per week on the assignments, in addition to participating in the 75-minute webinar. CEUs will be awarded for those who complete all requirements.
