The OVC VOCA Center - OVC Webinar: Equal Employment Opportunity Plan

Following the change of EEOP Reporting Tool in July 2023, SAAs have contacted the VOCA Center with questions on meeting federal requirements for subrecipient EEOP reporting and monitoring subrecipients for civil rights requirements. This session will utilize federal representatives from the Office of Civil Rights to provide an overview of SAA requirements to Civil Rights, Methods of Administration, and Subrecipient Civil Rights Training and EEOP Reporting Requirements. At least two states will also share their perspectives on how they have met the federal requirements and monitored subrecipients.
