The OVC VOCA Center – VOCA Assistance- Indirect Cost Rate Learning Community

During this learning community VOCA Assistance Administrators will learn the Indirect Cost Rate requirements outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) for a pass-through entity. Attendees will also brainstorm ways to inform & educate subrecipients about indirect cost rate negotiation. Subject Matter Experts will help attendees develop or modify a policy or procedure for negotiating indirect cost rates with subrecipients who make the request to do so.
