Description
Through cooperative agreements in up to 8 program areas, OVC will provide funding to enhance and transform services for victims of crime and to reach and serve more crime victims and address gaps in the crime victims’ field. OVC will consider proposals that provide training, technical assistance, capacity building, assessment, or strategic planning with a focus on identifying and addressing gaps in knowledge, assessing or developing and evaluating innovative practices, developing evidence-based training and technical assistance, or developing strategic approaches of leveraging resources to reach and serve more victims. Those applying are urged to begin in advance of the June 18, 2015, deadline.
