Under the Vision 21 NITVAN II solicitation, a national victim-serving organization will be awarded funding to expand the outreach and capacity of the existing ten, previously-funded, NITVAN coalitions with sub-award funding of up to $50,000 each to up to 20 new coalitions in years two and three of the three year program. NITVAN II will help continue to build upon and improve the current policy development, training and service delivery portfolios at the local, state, and regional levels to address the needs of victims of identity theft now with additional emphasis on cybercrime.
