Current Funding Opportunities

Attention – Stipulation re: the Office for Victims of Crime (“OVC”) FY 2026 Services for Victims of Human Trafficking, Housing Assistance for Victims of Trafficking, and Integrated Services for Minor Victims of Human Trafficking Notices of Funding Opportunity (“NOFOs”): The U.S. Department of Justice has stipulated that it will not enforce certain provisions contained in this NOFO--specifically, the provisions in paragraphs 1 and 2 under the heading “Unallowable Activities” of the NOFOs and the certification matter described under the “Civil Rights Requirements” in the Grant Application Resource Guide, as long as the amended preliminary injunction issued by the court on July 2, 2026, in Freedom Network, et al. v. Trump, et al., No. 25 C 12419 (N.D. Ill), remains in effect.

The Office of Justice Programs is in the final stages of making award determinations for its Fiscal Year 2025 human trafficking notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs). We anticipate announcing awards for the Fiscal Year 2025 human trafficking NOFOs in the coming weeks.
