OVC and the National Center for State and Tribal Elder Justice Coalitions (the Center) at Lifespan of Greater Rochester announce a funding opportunity to establish new statewide, U.S. territory, or Tribal elder justice coalitions or to enhance the operation of existing ones.
The project goal is strengthen the capacity and build a community of practice of victim service providers and allied professionals to better support older victims of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation and to further advance the field of elder justice nationally.
In conjunction with a consortium of partners in the field of elder justice, along with federal stakeholders, the Center will offer ongoing support to successful applicants by providing national-scope technical assistance, training, and other resources.
The Center anticipates awarding up to eight grants of up to $328,000 each covering a 24-month period of performance to begin on October 1, 2023.

The Center will conduct one pre-application webinar on Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 2:00–3:00 p.m., eastern time. Participation in the webinar is optional. The Center will review the solicitation requirements and conduct a question and answer session with interested potential applicants.
