Awards will be presented on Wednesday, April 22 2026, during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). Since 1981, NCVRW has challenged the Nation to confront and remove barriers to achieving justice for all victims of crime. During NCVRW, we celebrate the accomplishments of the victims’ rights movement and reflect on how far we have come. The ceremony recognizes outstanding dedication and contributions to victim services, advocacy and justice. The award honors local advocates and volunteers who have dedicated themselves to supporting survivors of violent crimes in Rhode Island.
