Description
OVC will make two awards of up to $250,000 each to enhance public awareness, outreach, and education by developing two distinct mobile applications (apps)—one with a national focus and another with a specific state, tribal, or local jurisdictional focus—to serve crime victims, their families, victim service providers, and allied professionals. These mobile apps will assist the target audience(s) by using technology to efficiently navigate the criminal justice system and to connect end users with victim-centered resources and services. Those applying are urged to begin in advance of the May 21, 2014, deadline.
