This organization actively promotes comprehensive and enforceable legal rights for crime victims, and access to knowledgeable attorneys to help protect those rights in every case, through victim centered legal advocacy, education, and resources.

CEOS works to combat incidences of child exploitation and trafficking of women and children. Issues under the CEOS umbrella include child pornography, illegal interstate or international transportation of women and children, international parental abduction, computer-related exploitation of children, and child victimization on federal and Indian lands.

The mission of the Antitrust Division is to promote economic competition through enforcing and providing guidance on antitrust laws and principles.

ICAC helps state and local law enforcement agencies develop an effective response to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children. This assistance encompasses forensic and investigative components, training and technical assistance, victim services, and community education.

The Network works closely with domestic violence coalitions, allied organizations, and individuals to understand the ongoing and emerging needs of domestic violence victims and advocacy programs.
