The International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program

OVC administers the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP), which reimburses eligible victims of acts of international terrorism that occur outside the United States for expenses incurred as a direct result of their victimization.
