Submitting a Population Certification Form is the first of two steps in the process of applying for Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside (TVSSA) funds. The OVC Tribal Division hosted a webinar on how to submit a Population Certification Form for the FY26 TVSSA program. During the webinar, OVC reviewed the data required to complete the Population Certification Form, walked participants through the submission process, and answered questions from participants.
