OVC FY 2021 Services for Minor Victims of Labor Trafficking
The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for minor victims of labor trafficking, whose victimization occurred when they were under the age of 18. Organizations funded under this program will provide (directly and through partnerships) services that minor victims of labor trafficking often require to address their needs for safety, security, and healing.
OVC FY 2021 Housing Assistance Grants for Victims of Human Trafficking
The goal of this program is to provide safe, stable housing and appropriate services to victims of human trafficking.
The program will support—
- transitional housing, including funding for the operating expenses of a newly developed or existing transitional housing program; and
- short-term housing assistance, including rental or utilities payment assistance and assistance with related expenses.
Projects must also include support services designed to enable victims of human trafficking and any dependents to locate and secure permanent housing, find employment, and integrate into a community.
OVC FY 2021 Enhancing Juvenile and Family Court Responses to Human Trafficking
The goals of this program are to develop or enhance programs to provide direct services and diversion programs for youth in contact with the juvenile and family court systems who are victims of sex and/or labor trafficking or at risk for human trafficking. Applicants are invited to apply under two purpose areas.

OVC FY 2021 Training and Technical Assistance for Human Trafficking Service Providers
This program provides funding for training and technical assistance to service providers developing, strengthening, or expanding programs for victims of human trafficking. The purpose of this program is to—
- support OVC’s human trafficking service provider grantees and their partners in meeting award goals and objectives; and
- provide practitioner-driven, evidence-based training and technical assistance on delivering services to victim service providers.
OVC FY 2020 Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP) for Crime Victim Compensation and Assistance
The Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP) is a mechanism by which the Director of OVC may award supplemental crime victim compensation and assistance to respond to an act of domestic terrorism or mass criminal violence. The criminal act has to be of sufficient magnitude that the jurisdiction cannot provide needed services to victims of the incident with existing resources and it places an undue financial hardship on the jurisdiction’s ability to respond to victims of other crimes in a timely and comprehensive manner.
This is not a competitive solicitation. Only after OVC has consulted with an eligible organization can an application be submitted.

This noncompetitive invitation to apply is designed to strengthen the Tulare County Human Trafficking Task Force, which serves residents of Tulare County, located in the Central Valley of California.
OVC FY 2020 Enhancing Community Responses to the Opioid Crisis: Serving Our Youngest Crime Victims TTA Invitation to Apply
OVC is seeking applications to support crime victims and to enhance community-driven responses to the current opioid crisis. The applicants will continue to develop and activate plans to support the applicant funded under the Enhancing Community Responses to the Opioid Crisis: Serving Our Youngest Crime Victims solicitation on a national scale, to equip and support the community-based programs as they develop new initiatives or enhance existing efforts.

OVC FY 2020 VOCA Victim Compensation
Under this formula grant program, OVC will award each eligible state victim compensation program an annual grant equal to 60 percent of the amount the program awarded in state-funded victim compensation payments during the fiscal year 2 years prior to the present fiscal year, other than amounts awarded for property damage. The primary purpose of these grants is to supplement state efforts to provide financial compensation to crime victims throughout the Nation for costs resulting from crime, and to encourage victim cooperation and participation in the criminal justice system.

OVC FY 2020 Targeted Training and Technical Assistance for VOCA Victim Assistance and Compensation Administrators
The goal of this project is to provide peer-to-peer training and support on federal grants management and administration for Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance and Compensation Administrators and VOCA victim assistance subgrantees. The objective of this peer-to-peer training is to enhance support to VOCA Victim Assistance Administrators (and their subgrantees) and Compensation Administrators to more closely align these training and assistance services with the needs and demands of VOCA administrators.
