Performance Measures

How do I report my program’s performance measures?

New Grants and Payment Management Systems Now Available!

The Justice Grants System (JustGrants) and the Department of the Treasury’s Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) are now available for all award management and payment activities. Award recipients with the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) can login to JustGrants or visit the informational website for further resources and support. Additionally, ASAP is now available for enrolled Department of Justice award recipients to request funds. For more information on how to request funds in ASAP, please reference the user guide

The majority of OVC’s grantees, including award recipients and subrecipients of Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) formula funding, are required to provide relevant data by submitting quarterly performance metrics through OVC’s online Performance Measurement Tool (PMT) and semiannual or annual progress reports in the JustGrants system.

However, OVC human trafficking programs implemented under 22 U.S.C. § 7105(b)(2) are required to submit client and performance data through OVC’s online Trafficking Information Management System (TIMS). TIMS is a password protected data collection tool developed by OVC to assist OVC-funded trafficking victim service providers with collecting, organizing, and reporting performance measurement data.

A few grantees report performance measures in alternative data collection tools. Federal staff will inform those grantees that meet this exception after receiving their award. Be sure to check the solicitation for a particular program, or your award if you are current grantee, for information on what to report and how to report.
